MediMorph Total Body Transformation Program

Why Body Composition Matters

Weight alone does not tell the full story. A total body transformation plan should consider body composition, muscle mass, fat distribution, treatment goals, symptoms, weight trajectory, and long-term maintenance. InBody measurement helps support that broader conversation.

InBody measurement is a tracking and assessment tool. It does not replace medical evaluation, provider judgment, or individualized treatment planning.

Understanding your healthy BMI is the starting point. From there, MediMorph helps guide your body toward your personal health and weight goals naturally.

MediMorph Total Body Transformation Program

A provider-guided plan combining medical wellness, InBody body composition tracking, and non-surgical body contouring.
You don’t have to choose between wellness and aesthetics. We look at your full picture from day one, including body composition, weight goals, hormones when appropriate, lifestyle, and your candidacy for body contouring.
From there, your plan may include:

  • Medical weight management, when clinically appropriate
  • Hormone optimization, when clinically appropriate
  • InBody body composition tracking
  • Lifestyle support and progress monitoring
  • Non-surgical body contouring

Some patients start with contouring right away. Others get better results by building metabolic health first, then moving into contouring.

Find Your Total Body Transformation Starting Pathway

Answer a few quick questions to help us understand whether your starting point may be body contouring, combined wellness and contouring, hormone optimization, medical weight management, or wellness-first planning.

Your results are not a medical diagnosis or treatment approval. BMI is only one screening tool. Your provider will also consider your InBody body composition measurements, goals, health history, medications, anatomy, treatment areas, symptoms, and expected weight trajectory.

Body Contouring Focus

For patients who are already near their goal weight, the focus may be on refining localized areas that are resistant to diet and exercise.

Typical starting point: Generally under 27 BMI, depending on goals, anatomy, body composition, treatment area, and provider assessment.

Best Fit For:

Combined Wellness + Body Contouring

For many patients, it may make sense to evaluate medical weight management, hormone concerns when clinically appropriate, body composition, and body contouring together. Some patients may begin contouring early, while others may stage contouring after body composition begins to change.

Typical starting point: Generally 27–35 BMI, depending on weight trajectory, InBody/body composition findings, treatment area, health history, symptoms, and provider assessment.

Best Fit For:

Wellness First, Contouring Planned

For patients whose main goal is weight loss, wellness, hormone optimization, or body composition improvement, the first priority is usually medical evaluation, medical weight management when clinically appropriate, metabolic health, hormone evaluation when clinically appropriate, and lifestyle support. Body contouring goals can still be discussed early and mapped into the plan.

Typical starting point: Generally 35+ BMI, depending on health history, goals, symptoms, body composition, and provider assessment.

Your Plan May Include

InBody measurement helps track body composition and progress beyond the scale. For wellness patients, it can support baseline assessments, follow-up tracking, and better timing decisions for medical wellness and body-contouring plans.

A provider-guided approach for patients who may benefit from medical support, progress tracking, and a structured plan for weight and body composition goals.

Hormone evaluation is separate from BMI. When clinically appropriate, your provider may evaluate symptoms, age or stage, labs, health history, risks, and goals.

Important: Hormone optimization is not automatically included and is not determined by BMI.

What Happens at Your Total Body Transformation Consultation?

We discuss your goals, lifestyle, prior treatment history, medical history, medications, symptoms, and timeline.

BMI is used as one screening tool to help guide the starting pathway.

We evaluate treatment areas, localized fat, skin quality, device appropriateness, expectations, and whether treatment should begin now or be staged.

For wellness patients, InBody measurement helps establish a baseline and track progress beyond the scale.
When appropriate, we discuss medical weight management and hormone concerns separately.
You leave with a provider-guided plan that explains your recommended next steps and timing.

This program may be a good fit if you:

Not necessarily.

Many patients assume hormone optimization is only for older adults or that medical weight management is only appropriate for those with a higher BMI. In reality, candidacy is based on your overall health, symptoms, body composition, and personal goals — not age or BMI alone.

Every patient is evaluated individually. During your consultation, our providers review your health history, symptoms, body composition, InBody findings, and goals to help determine an appropriate starting pathway.

Age and BMI are reference points, not requirements. Your provider-guided plan is built around your health picture, not a single number.

Note: Medical treatments, including hormone replacement therapy and prescription weight-loss medications, are prescribed only when clinically appropriate after a comprehensive medical evaluation.

This benefit rewards a coordinated transformation plan, not waiting. If body contouring is appropriate now, your provider may recommend starting right away. If a better long-term result comes from focusing first on medical weight management, hormone optimization when clinically appropriate, metabolic health, or body composition improvement, your body contouring can be planned and staged for later.
