Cancellation and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another patient. You can reach us by phone at 513-991-6066 or reply to any text message we’ve sent you.

Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, and appointments missed without notice, are subject to a $50 fee.

How the Fee Is Handled

Some services require a card on file at the time of booking. Where a card is on file, the fee may be charged to that card. The fee is non-refundable and is not applied toward future appointments.

Exceptions

We make exceptions for illness, severe weather, and appointments we reschedule. If something comes up, contact us as soon as you can and we’ll work with you.
