Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans may change, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to both our clients and staff, please see the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice by phone call (513-991-6066) or text (855-702-3588) for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client in need of our services.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without prior notification will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Payment

The cancellation fee of $50 will be charged to the credit card on file unless otherwise arranged. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied towards future appointments unless MediMorph decides upon the exception.

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
