MediMorph Medical Spa Sweepstakes & Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

This sweepstakes (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by MediMorph Medical Spa, located at 1 E 4th St #1400, Cincinnati, OH 45202 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, age 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of MediMorph Medical Spa, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway entry period (“Entry Period”) will be specified in the official promotional post. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.

4. How to Enter

To enter, follow the instructions provided in the Giveaway post. Entry may involve actions such as:

– Following or liking a MediMorph social media account;

– Liking or commenting on a specific post;

– Tagging friends or sharing content;

– Submitting contact information through an online form.

Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries by the same person may be disqualified. Automated entries are not permitted and will be void.

5. Prizes

Prize(s) will be described in the applicable Giveaway announcement. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Drawing will occur within thirty (30) days after the end of the Entry Period. Winners will be notified through the contact method used for entry (e.g., direct message, email, or post comment).

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 48 hours, or is otherwise ineligible or noncompliant with these rules, Sponsor may, at its discretion, award the prize to an alternate winner.

7. Publicity Release

By entering, participants agree to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and any content submitted for advertising and promotional purposes, in any media now known or later developed, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for errors, omissions, or failure of entries to be received due to technical issues or user error.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless MediMorph Medical Spa, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize.

10. Compliance with Platform Rules

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform. All entrants release those platforms from any responsibility related to the promotion.

11. Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used solely in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which is available at: www.medimorph.com.

12. Disputes

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any legal action arising out of this Giveaway shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio.
